All our products are now available to buy online with a delivery time of up to 5 weeks.

I’m waiting for a delivery of a bed or mattress. Will my order arrive?

If you have already placed an order for any products, please don’t worry. We apologise for any inconvenience and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can to arrange your delivery.

 

I need to make a return. Can I still do this?

We’re unable to process returns until further notice. Our policy remains unchanged though and you won’t lose out. Please contact us at webenquiry@sealy.co.uk should you wish to make and record a claim, and we will endeavour to resolve your query once the business – and country – resume normality.

 

What is the guarantee or warranty process during this period of closure?

Delivery Times & Rates

  • Free UK delivery* to your room of choice throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
  • We provide a free professional two man delivery service that will deliver your purchases to your room of choice.
  • We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
  • On average products are delivered within 14 - 21 days.

How does the delivery process work?

  • Step 1: You place your order
  • Step 2: Within 48 hours of your order being placed our courier will contact you, by phone or email, to arrange a delivery date
  • Step 3: Our courier will call or text you to specify a delivery time window and also provide a tracking link.
  • Step 4: Your order is delivered!
